Kendall Blog-3535

Hey there hungry bloggers-I’m Kendall!

I’m really into kale and butter and all things pan seared; and decided to share my adventures with you.

I am a self (and Grandma) taught cook who spent the last 10 years traveling the world. Originally from Connecticut, I’ve lived in Korea, Australia, Tanzania, Oklahoma before finally settling down (for now!) with my husband and dog in LA.

I spend my days working full time as an operations specialist for an apparel company; but by night, I’m elbows deep in flour.

I like creating dishes that are simple and seasonal- recipes that I encourage you all to try at home.

I really appreciate you stopping by and can’t wait to hear from you!

I’m considering ENSP for the 2 months pastry program. I see mixed reviews about this school (like lab is not fully equipped). Did you love your experience? Would you recommend?

    • I absolutely loved my experience at ENSP. From the other students I spoke with, it was a better school than Cordon Bleu in Paris (as far as pastry is concerned). The site is a little remote – Lyon was the nearest city- but you can choose any city for your internship, including Paris. I never, at any point felt the labs were un-equipped. Let me know if you have any more questions!
